Spinach Artichoke French Bread Pizza
Ingredients:
¾ of a loaf of unbaked
French bread (sliced in half)
1 can
artichoke hearts – drained and chopped
2 cups
defrosted spinach –I used the frozen from the bag, defrosted it in the
microwave and removed the excess water by squeezing with paper towels
¼ sweet onion –
chopped
1 clove garlic
1 cup fat free
greek yogurt
½ cup veganise
or other mayo of choice
¾ cup grated
parmesan cheese
salt and
pepper to taste
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400.
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Spread generous servings on the
French bread. Bake at 400 for10 minutes and then 500 for 3 minutes. Slice and
serve.
